“Yamal” Winter Menu
The Yamal menu features traditional dishes of Northern cuisine: mini sandwiches with chir, sockeye salmon, and whitefish; mini chebureki with venison; shchekur sugudai; burbot liver forshmak; air-dried venison with lingonberry and juniper sauce; venison soup; baked shchekur with mushroom sauce; grilled reindeer tongue with lightly smoked celery root purée; cloudberry and lingonberry sorbet.
